This time ordered an extra shot flat white which was either grossly under-extracted or coffee beans ground way too coarse (both of which will result ina very thin tasteless espresso withvirtually no crema) Very disappointing to see Merlo coffee treated so badly. I've never experienced Merlo coffee with so little flavour before. Better next time I hope! Food offerings are good and well presented although pressurised cream would be better if subsidised with real whipped cream.
