I like the way they deal with veggies here because they have a bunk with different types of grilled veggies. they can choose which they want and they hack it in order before them. the fried beans are surprisingly vegan. make sure that all items on the side of the prep station (blettuce, pico, jalapenos, salsa, hot sauce, cut avocado.) the employees will not ask them if they want this article; they only expect them to ask if they want it. it's a strange process. note of rice and guacamole are not vegan (here, acid cream.) the restaurant will provide a vegetarian rice and avocado cut to request.
