The first time was to get our drink orders and the second was when got the drinks and our bread(no refills of course). The table that was sat right before us and right after us both got their food and had finished and left,so clearly everyone wasn't waiting on a backed up kitchen that was in the weeds and something tells me Cracker Barrel isn't handmaking dumplings for the chicken and dumplings. When we got the bread around the 45 minute mark our server told us our foodwasn't quite ready yet, whatever that means. Maybe we were the table that was sacrificed to the good service gods to ensureeveryone else got to have a great time?

As I get in my carI decide to check the order, the subs are cold and the bread soggy. I walk back in and ask the manager if my order could beremade, she rolls her eyes and says I'll have to wait another 15 minutes. I've been going there for about 2 years, nothing everremotely close to this ever happened, the experience was good until today. Not sure what's going on.

While ordering we were confirmed for 30 min delivery but pizza took over an hour to arrive after the tracker confirmed it was finishedcooking. We called, explained our issues and the manager automatically told us they could not remake and send back out tonight.That would?ve been fine if they weren?t open for another 3 hours and we live less than 3 miles away. I guess a star for nothaving to argue for a refund but we were left hungry..
