The staff seemed comp... leer más This was my first time trying Wagamama's and i was really looking forward to it. However, i found the whole experience very disappointing. The staff seemed completely disinterested and no one paid any attention to our table at all. We had to wait nearly half an hour for someone to take a drinks order and only then because we all sat there waiving our menu's at the staff to get their attention! The food was ok, nothing special, and certainly expensive for what it was. After the meal no one came to take our plates away, it was like we were invisible and we were sat closest to the kitchen! Again we had to ask for the dessert menu and ask for the plates to be cleared. I've never experienced this in a restaurant before. Looking round it appeared as though they were short staffed. I didn't realise you paid for the meal by scanning a QR code on your phone. What if you don't have a smart phone? we had to ask what our table number was too, so why not make it easier and just have this displayed somewhere on the table. Fiddly to try and pay this way, especially when there is a group of you. Needless to say we did not leave a tip and i dont think i will be returning!

Absolutely fantastic lunch today at The Courthouse. The fish pie was 12/10 so tasty. Great variety of fish, very tasty sauce and lovely mash. I did have to order a side of chips to make sure all the sauce was eaten! Everyone really enjoyed their lunches too Pork Tomahawk, Chicken Escalope, Seabass and a Steak. Desserts were gorgeous too but I was too full (all the chips shame! . Great front of house team who are friendly and so welcoming. Thank you!

If I hadn't started with my vehicle recently, I would spend a lot more time here and maybe even consider using taxis to experience the place...more in the future. Even asked if we need something else. only grip would be an older lady who seemed to clean the dinge seemed very blunt. when I left the toilet, I met her right at the door, nothing said to me, so I waited to let her happen to be polite. then it seemed that she went to the toilet. Maybe she would have said, "I have to go there "I would have recognized and kept the door, etc. no one says: thank you or words. just a dazzle. later I saw that she brought a tablet with eating into a nearby table, again no interaction with the family, no smile, nothing.
