La mayoría de lugares te dan una porción generosa con tomates frescos, aguacate, ensalada verde crujiente, judías verdes y quesos, aquí en cambio me dieron una pequeña ensalada de lechuga iceberg rallada con algunas rodajas de aguacate y tomate. Mis amigos pidieron el Arroz con camarones, en la foto del menú se veía realmente bueno con muchos camarones, en cambio recibieron un plato de arroz con solo unas cuantas piezas de camarones, definitivamente no valió la pena los 38 soles que pagaron, así que quedaron decepcionados y con hambre.

The food was fine although we found the quality at the other Japanese restaurant in Chamonix to be superior if the reason to...visit is Asian cuisine. The thing that was the game changer was the service. Never honestly experienced such blatant rudeness, hostility, pettiness, petulance and disinterest in customer satisfaction and I worked in restaurants and bars as a waitress bartender for years as a high school and university student (including in a holiday resort) so I feel qualified to comment on what is a base level of acceptable service. There was also some dangerous incompetence for example being served raw meat on what was supposed to be a raw fish platter with no warning it was only after we queried it (after calling the waitress back after it was left on the table) we were told casually oh yeah sorry no sea bream today so we substituted for beef. After some debate we were offered some salmon as replacement (the platter was already mostly made up of salmon, the cheapest fish and my boyfriend isn’t a massive fan, preferring white fish or tuna) or a beer. My boyfriend already had a full glass at that point and I wasn’t drinking beer so asked if instead I could have a glass of house white wine, which was met with scorn (like I was trying to land a freebie) and which never arrived. We were then studiously ignored with empty glasses and dirty plates on the table for 45 minutes, and the restaurant was not overly busy. We then had to fight to get the bill adjusted (solely out of principle) to show we only received part of our order, as they still attempted to charge the full amount. I think this is also the first time I have been out for dinner where the waitress has literally thrown the bill on the table and the manageress said oh well maybe she is just a bit stressed out today. Despite the absolutely dreadful service, mistake with the food etc I think only six euros was deducted from the c.EUR100 bill (after we got the manageress involved), which is telling. However what we wanted most of all was an apology and we instead basically got a shrug of the shoulders. We will never return and my recommendation is to go elsewhere.

Los camareros son muy pasotas, como es buffet libre te llevan a la mesa y después pasan de ti olímpicamente, por cierto puedes pedir que te preparen lo que quieras de la carta, pero de esa manera la comida te sale bastante más cara. El precio de buffet libre son 16 con bebida.

Then we only got one of two pizzas. It was cold and hard. Also it turned out, that avocado cheese is really just avocado and cashew cheese are really just cashews. That was a bit disappointing. Since we didn't really like the pizza we also didn't complain about the missing one. When we were done, the second pizza arrived. This time it was even warm and the dough was a bit more soft. That made us think, that the first pizza we got was a leftover that was standing around for some time. We didn't have to pay the second pizza, which was a nice move from which we believe was the owner. We won't come again though.
