The Cap of Ribeye is also known as the deckle steak, dorsi cap, spinalis ribeye or the ribeye cap among true beef aficionados. In France it goes by the name of calotte steak and in more scientific circles it is known as the spinalis dorsi. This is the most delicious and succulent steak ever!!! The service simply put excellent, the atmosphere very nais and cozy, the prices but let me tell you every time I craving the king of all meats I know where to go, strongly recommend I love this place will come back.

I asked for a print and she just forgot. I liked to come here alone so that no one else would have wasted their time. the only trace is that this place is on calle ocho.
