I 've met the owner and she really know how to cook these dishes. Yum!! Their pizza, in my opinion, is too greasy. My husband really loves them, but for me, it 's a pass (unless I can get the Italian dishes). I have noticed that different chefs seem to make different versions of the dishes. I prefer the owner 's cooking, but it 's all good. Their hours are a bit different than other restaurants in the area, so I advise checking or calling ahead to avoid confusion.
