Beautiful hole the wall Filipino food place. Great pancite and lumpia. Or was so big that I couldn't be done. I guess I have Pancit and Lumpia for breakfast.

Warm cafe atmosphere, service is good, they have art to buy on the walls, what makes the place look beautiful. Easy access to the university center in Irvine.
