I went with a confirmed reservation on Christmas Eve. When we arrived before the host could check our reservation and seat us the owner said loudly across the r... leer más I went with a confirmed reservation on Christmas Eve. When we arrived before the host could check our reservation and seat us the owner said loudly across the room , we have cancelled your reservation. He said I called you and cancelled without even using...asking? . How could he ? He doesn’t have our number . Anyways , I asked who did you call? The owner says I called you which he never did!! The worst is I was with my son and it was Xmas eve. He thought people are kind and this is day for giving and he really felt traumatised with his behaviour. I have reported this incident to the Wien Police , Tourism board and an NGO who tackles with racism. The owner needs to penalised and fined! Those who are against racism shouldn’t visit and eat there!Such evil people need to learn all humans are equal; the only ones who are lesser are the ones who treat others as lesser than themselves!
