I’ve given multiple chances but today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a pumpkin cream cold brew and it came up to about five dollars. He didn’t charge me for the bagel with cream cheese and charge me full price for the cold brew so when I went back to order the bagel with cream cheese again they couldn’t offer me a refund because there’s no manager to fix the pricing issue and they wouldn’t fix my drink or offered to fix my drink because he failed to put coconut milk, I got charged for as well
