It has a slight sweetness even without the sauce which is perfect but the BBQ sauce and pickles were perfect on the breadprovided. Now for the brisket, everyone about fell over from the tenderness, a perfect char, and smokey flavor of this meat. Itwas absolutely perfect. AND! a VERY BIG THANK YOU from me on your banana pudding, best I have ever had!
