The chef was particularly attentive to detail, and replaced one of the seven courses with something special for us. The food was incredible, and accompanied by champagne, of course. Amuse-bouches and starters were very good, and the desserts were stunning. The service was quite slow, but as we did not arrive until 9pm, we were getting rather tired by 2am ! However, we would definitely recommed the gastronomic experience.

The staff handled the situation professionally though, by offering the best available seat in their restaurant downstairs (still nothing in comparison to upstairs but still much appreciated). When i arrived on the day, they quickly attended me and gave me the Balcony menu despite dining downstairs.
