Ich setzte mich an eine 4er Tisch, von denen es noch weitere 4 freie 4er Tische gab. Der Chef schickte seine Bedienung, um mich an ein 2er Tischchen zu setzen. Als ich bemerkte, dass es noch genug Platz habe und auch sicherlich nicht mehr viele Leute kommen würden (es kam niemand mehr, alle 4er Tische waren den ganzen Abend nicht besetzt), bat mich die Bedienung ihrem Chef doch zu gehorchen. Das ist Kundenservice aus dem vergangenen Jahrhundert ohne jegliches Fingerspitzengefühl des Chefs. Nie wieder!

Unfriendly welcome, when you arrive at the table you wait half an hour for drinks, the food you ordered took 70 minutes, was only lukewarm, but good except for the pizza (extremely greasy). After we had to wait again for 40 minutes and no one asked for more drinks or dessert. Are we going to pay at the checkout? Card payments are undesirable and even splitting the bill and paying by card is impossible. Conclusion: Unfriendly, overwhelmed, with half-warm food, lack of understanding of service. We won't be coming back.

The general manager Marvin at this location is crazy I am 30 years old and I just found out that there was a cafe Rio app so I downloaded it and there was a $5... leer más The general manager Marvin at this location is crazy I am 30 years old and I just found out that there was a cafe Rio app so I downloaded it and there was a $5 off coupon on the app and I used it on my meal and I got a sweet pork burrito so the total came to about $6. I showed up and my food wasn’t there and they refused to give it to me for no reason. They said you can’t use the $5 coupon anymore which is total bull crap Becuase it is on the app and you should be able to use it. I’m really disappointed in the service of this store and especially the general manager Marvin.
