Visiting Edmonton for business, my collegues took me out to dinner at Bistecca and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.  I had the bison steak and though it was perfect... leer más Visiting Edmonton for business, my collegues took me out to dinner at Bistecca and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.  I had the bison steak and though it was perfect.  It always seems as if specialty meats are always better in Alberta than BC.  Suprising the prices here are quite reasonable for what they serve.  We also tried a number of appitizers and thought they were all great.  Overall a great dinner and great place to visit if you are in Edmonton for a short visit.
