Super unfriendly staff. After our last visit last year, which was great all around, we were happy to stop there again today. However, this time we were greeted in the most unpleasant way. We were traveling with the camper and wanted to walk a few meters further to a small green area with our dog after the long drive. Two employees immediately shouted at us that the parking lot was only for guests. Even after we explained that we plan to eat there in a few minutes, we continued to be treated very rudely. After this incident, we understandably didn't want to leave our money there anymore (we love good food we are happy to give a good tip, at least 10% since we ourselves are/were active in gastronomy). We then decided to eat at the Morgarten restaurant. The service the food was phenomenal. The staff at Buechwaldli should definitely learn a lesson from that. Never again!
