I wish they did delivery was the only downfall. If they did that they would be even better

I wanted to wait and give this location a fair shot before I rated them but after grabbing a cup of coffee and sometimes a bagel at least 5 times, I have to say the inconsistency at this location is awful and I?ll drive past it from now on. One day you may have a great coffee, another, it?s undrinkable. Today I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese... the bagel was old and burnt and I had to open it to see if they forgot the cream cheese. Management really should get after these guys to have standards that are followed by all shifts everyday.

When I told them that I had slipped and fallen (wrenching and scraping my knee) in their outdoor patio area, they replied that they weren't responsible for the outside. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION (3000 Lake Washington Road). The employees are rude and lazy. There is a much better franchise a mile south at 290 S. Wickham Road.
