We go to Pho Bar very often and lately the service hasn't been the greatest, except for one waitress. Always new faces when we go in every time and they are brand new and don't know what they're doing, when we walked in we weren't greeted just got askedrudely if it was for here or to go? Then told us to sit wherever, high chairs were dusty and unkept cleaned it myself, after weordered they came back about 15 mins later and said they didn't have Wi-Fi on their phone so the ticket never went through so wewaited another 20-25 mins for our food, with a toddler believe me that's not always easy. Then when they brought our food outthey messed up my toddlers plate, and my fiancés plate, had to send back and wait longer, but the waitress said I need to lookat the ticket instead of taking our word for it, I know what we ordered hence we've been going here for so long. Oh and to addto it our check came out to over 73 dollars when. Normally we would spend about 50 usually, no discount added or anything forall the problems and an added non cash fee to our ticket on top of it all, Sad to say we won't be returning here anymore.
