The atmosphere is dark and cheap with some awful poorly presented amateurish paintings on the wall with black curtains and orange cushions, no table cloths and... leer más The atmosphere is dark and cheap with some awful poorly presented amateurish paintings on the wall with black curtains and orange cushions, no table cloths and cut price tables and chairs. The meal is a collection of minuscule samples from the chef with a bored disinterested waitress giving you mouthfuls of so called great wines with long explanations. Sadly the wines did not meet expectations just because it is from a region like Byron Bay does not make it a great drink. Our food was beautifully presented and flavoursome except for the meat which was cold. The waitress just put knives and forks anywhere on the bare table, no interaction or attempts to make polite conversation, the only time she seemed happy was when people were paying the over priced bill and leaving. Sadly it is not a place to recommend as it just misses with ordinary service, awful decor, minuscule servings and wine samples that are not to the standard of the food samples.
