I found this restaurant on an Italian website that recommended locations for celiacs in Florence. While the website said this was a well-loved local place, it was rather empty and had a limited menu. No pasta for celiac, but the rosemary potatoes and sausage was incredible. I did not feel 100% the next day, but cannot be certain it was from here.
