I ran late and called to inform her and was told that there was no booking. When they checked, they had booked me for the 22nd. I was then told that they were fully booked and if they had noticed on the 22nd when they received the booking, they would have asked me to cancel them. I said I wasn't happy about it and they said that they could bring us into a room upstairs, but as they were only little staff, they couldn't guarantee the service. It had to come as a family and it was too late to change it and find another restaurant in my area. When we arrived, we got a table in the main restaurant that had empty tables, and it was also pointed out to me that they had canceled the booking. What I thought was a little bit off and pretty embarrassing because I had family with me and didn't have to be reminded. Very disappointed as I am regularly either to take away or in the restaurant, as the food is always very good and good.
