I looked around places and my phone kept glitching and back in the list of Ericks deli...so what the hell? Try it, too. Not only is the staff (and in guessing to be the great gentleman) was extremely nice and hospitable, but he had even made my order new because it did not meet his standards aesthetically!. And the girl with the tattoos that made my order was blurring... I'll be back at some point

Well, we met the hour mark after ordering food, when we had to stop our food order and close what was disappointing, not in service, but the lack of service, which was in no part the fault of the employees who worked today. Hopefully ( unlikely, I know) this will make the way into the chain, but I know that we were not the only disappointed that food could not come out in a reasonable time? Fortunately, I have worked in the restaurant industry for a good time and understand some aspects of the service are out of the hands of the servers. TLDR: The owners/height of Esquire Grill need to find a way to the staff better so that the servers and chefs that show up to work are not flack for something that is out of their hands.

My brother ordered Sopes w/ asada and a asada taco. I went with the Conrro steak, salmon, lobster with asparagus, and red potatoes. The waitress brought us complimentary vegetable soups as starters it was good enough to order as a meal for the next time. We were informed the amount of time it would take to cook our meal, we were in no hurry. We had some complimentary chips and salsa while waiting for our meal finished right before our meal arrived. We ordered a Mojito, michelada perfect drinks. All in all I felt great value for my money, quality service, food well prepared expertly seasoned (I didn't add any condiments), reasonably priced. We intend coming back discover more plates of this unassuming restaurant.

While it’s small we didn’t feel crowded at all. All 12 of us were seated inside with others coming and going around us. We ordered a bunch of fried food to eat with their house made ranch sauce, everything was really tasty. Great spot for a chill night.
