I have been getting donuts from here for a long time. The donuts have always been good. Yesterday I got a 6 pack of donuts. All 3 of the lemon meringue donuts were extremely stale and couldn’t be eaten. I called the store this morning to advise and was constantly spoken over the top of and the lady wouldn’t listen to what I had to say other than all our donuts are fresh. Asked to speak to the manager who called back and she did the same thing. Instead of listening to what I had to say she just kept interrupting me. I guess the staff and managers here just don’t care about stale donuts.
