When I asked why we had to eat it on polystyrene and use plastic utensils, was the answer? no dishwashing during the day, the prices are not as expensive as for dinner time and if you do not finish your meal it?s already in a go box. My fish and chips and Clam Chowder was hot and my husband and father had fetters and it was cold. Not room temperature, but cold.
