El exterior de La Divina no parece muy prometedor, pero una vez dentro, cambia. Buena comida. El menú está en español, por lo que puede ser un poco desafiante. Muy recomendado.

Went to El Papalote with friends for lunch. That was the best tortillas I ate during my visit to Monterrey. Friendly staff, good service, good food.
