Bar-B-Q Spare Ribs are on point! They were juicy(not dry like most Chinese ribs these days)and delicious. The Beef Fried Rice was also really good with the beef being flavorful and meaty without being rubbery. The only thing that was not so good were the 9. Sesame Cold Noodle which was really lack luster/very unsatisfying with very little nutty, sesame flavor or seasoning of any kind. Sadly, I will skip the noodles next time. That being said, Happy Kitchen is my new Go To Chinese take out joint!
