Came on bus trip and the free game the casino offer are good, the problem is there daily gift will not be explained first timers and how it deserves. Player Club does not explain very clearly for the first time bus driver as you receive gift, first they said we qualify for gift we had many points from the weekend game, but the kisos would not print ticket. So a mess, so frustrating got supervisor involved security chief and we didn't get the gift. Not happy how the casino treats our problem. Then we had a problem with our buffet-comp. Supervisor was able to get our food compliance a little time, but if your on a bus time was important, not sure if I would return. The bus ride was nice the hotel was great, the casino? some other thoughts need more video poker some newer machines like triple game, hot role etc. Also, more pages in the restaurant need to go with wonderful steak. Casino has some old favorites that are nice to see. Would you like to see a happy hour at the bar?

Our mains were poke bowl (totally unexpected and fish. Everything was so delicious and service was excellent especially given the crowd. PS always helps to smile and greet staff with 'bonjour ' to feel the difference.
