Tried to order sides of onion rings with our order and was told that a bucket of onion rings would be a better value because it is bigger and costs $6.99 When our order arrived it was not a bucket nor was it enough for 3 people which was a total of 8 onion rings. I called to complain that this was not a bucket and all they wanted to do was argue with me and then said they only have 1 size of onion rings. The food is great but the customer services is absolutely horrible . Will not ever order from here again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner came over and spoke to us for quite a while, and he is a success story all by himself. Each and every member of the staff we came in contact with was very friendly; we seriously felt like regulars by the time we left, which is something you seldom if ever experience. But again, I don't want to minimize the quality of the food; it was authentic Italian cuisine, cooked with care. Very nicely done!

The appetizer came wrong, but was corrected. The vegan gluten-free pasta dish was definitely not pasta. It was a small bowl of vegetables in EVOO sauce that tasted like fish, and other than a fish taste had no taste. The server has never checked for us as soon as we got the food, so there was no chance of substitution before the board was deleted by the assistant who did not inform the server that I told her I didn't like it. Would not recommend this restaurant.
