We have been coming to this location many times. For the past 3 times back to back we’ve received incomplete order. Seems like staff at the back preparing food... leer más We have been coming to this location many times. For the past 3 times back to back we’ve received incomplete order. Seems like staff at the back preparing food are not checking the order correctly. Finally, I called this place to speak with the staff and notified about the incomplete order we’ve received when we reached home, staff on the phone told me that he will notify his manager and I should be receiving a phone call. But nobody called, which I already knew it. Also, the person at the cashier I think his name was “Marcus” was very rude and unprofessional. He definitely needs more training on customer service. He did not even bother to apologize for his behavior. Customer service is very important at any business and if you cannot be trained good, nobody would want to come to your business if you going to treat customer like this.
