The shift lead asked the young women who was obviously busy so she couldn't do it. They need new managers because she shouldn't have spoken to her that way in front of customers.

Food was pretty good with no huge dips in quality, appropriate portions for the amount paid. Waitress was nice, although she seemed to have a limited knowledge of English(not enough to make ordering difficult, but at least enough to be noticeable) Seems like it was designed more for take out or drive through than dine in, as the food was served in to-go boxes. Overall, the atmosphere seemed not welcoming, but not unwelcoming either. Hibachi and sushi were mid, rangoons were excellent, and it seemed like they made their own yum yum sauce. Solid 4/5

I had shrimp and grits and it was excellent. My wife had the classic burger and she said it was one of the best burgers she had. Excellent waitress and beautiful atmosphere. Definitely recommend Harveys.

Maria, our waitress was friendly and helpful with the explanation of the menu and the surroundings. All four of us enjoyed various items from the menu and the food was excellent. We sat outside in their beautiful beer garden. Enjoy!!!

The food is fine but not quite as fine dining as it was before. The rooms are more open--so you 're kind of sharing the meal with others (this isn 't really the best setting for loud talkers). Everything I ate was good, but nothing blew me away like the old menu used to. Our waiter was fabulous, the drinks were good, and there weren 't any issues. Compared to pre-renovation, I like this Iris less. However, if this is your only Iris experience, I 'm sure it will be fine.
