I had two bad customer interactions before I arrived at the airport, but Tee changed my attitude in a positive way. Every person was made to feel special he got all is strangers involved in conversation. His horoscope knowledge was legendary There was another employee there also. I wasn't Nickys customer but she was on top of everyone's order also. When I was waiting for my plane to be boarded, two ladies sat next to me and said they had two hours to wait. I walked them over to the bar and dropped them off for a great experience.
