We had ordered three fajitas and a side of guacamole. on the good side when I arrive the order was ready for pick up. I requested some extra salsa as they provide three small cups one for each plate you order that was that was denied in the explanation given was that for takeout orders this is what you get and no more So I said if I was eating in your restaurant, using your dishes, silverware, etc. and I wanted more salsa what would you do and was told yes we can give you more salsa so essentially if you eat there you get more but if you do take out no more salsa for you As this was going on and another server, walked by and gave me a sneering. Disgusted look as it should even be asking such a question. I thought it was ridiculous as I've never had any Mexican restaurant say you couldn't have an extra salsa or two with a dinner plate order I left and went home to eat and found the food to be marginal. most fajitas or cooked on a skillet and have that blackened flavor but there's was more just like season chicken with green pepper and onions that was cooked in a pan. I was not impressed with any aspect of Otro Cafe. The service, the surly attitude the food was all subpar , and given the many other options in the area I will not be going back..
