This has happened several times to us, and when confronted at the front desk they just shrug and say oh well ... food is great but don 't come here If you value your time, honesty or integrity

It's pretty thin considering bacon takes everything over the top. Excellent customer service

After over 10min, I called the store, and was on hold for 5+min. They said part of my order was taking long; I voiced concern that the rest of my order would be cold. They said it would be fine. I waited ANOTHER 20min before getting my food. 10min later at home, everything was cold. The tortilla strips on my soup were soggy, the fries were wet, and nothing was appetizing. Horrible experience and should be refunded. Not what I expected, and shouldn 't have taken 30+min LONGER than the ready time. If you read the Yelp reviews on this place, you 'll find similar reviews, down to the coagulated soup with soggy tortilla strips. I travel for work, and usually have great experiences with carryout Chili 's. But this was a terrible experience.I have sent this same feedback to Chili 's via their website. If this was some local dive, I could easily give some leeway. But this is a major, national chain and I think this was ridiculous.

I said that I wouldn’t be paying for that and requested a refund. I hand the bag over. Employee then took it out on me that food was being wasted, took the full meal back, and DIDN’T issue a full refund. Like I’m sorry you had to cook it but I can’t pay for that. I ordered with the same promotion before from the website with no issue. So now Ive lost money without ever receiving really anything. As well, after I was thrown only half the money I initially paid. Worst service ever. I drove down to the Sycamore location where I was welcomed and proposed offers at the intercom. The employee I met at the window would walk me through how to use the coupon in store. I would have to order online. She pulled me around to the front and was out within 5 mins. I advice anyone to 5369 sycamore rd for great customer service and timely efforts. I would never return to this location again. Food is never prepared correct, cold and my service is only ever an inconvenience to whosever working here.

I?m veteran and I love doing business with companies that acknowledges my service to my county. Most places only give a 10% but they give more. Now the food , oh my gosh the best cheeseburger ? I have had in a long time and the fries cooked to perfection. The onion rings perfect amount of batter and once again cooked to perfection. The whole environment invites you to come and make friends sit at a bench style restaurant absolutely in love with the food the atmosphere all of it a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a new experience head to Kincaid?s hamburgers..

We waited days to get a reservation. Upon arrival we were greeted by a less than friendly host. The lobby water features were all dried up and dirty. Plants not well kept either. We were the first reservation of the evening, yet seated next to busboy dish station, which was also dirty. As our waitress came to the table she informed us that there would be NO SUSHI or tempura as they had no chef to make it. The table was semi clean and the above exhaust hood was dripping with grease. Our side of the table waited an hour for our food as the other side of the table had multiple courses. Then when they got to our side, the ingredients for one of the meals was forgotten. That person had to wait until everyone was served before the meal could be prepared. The conditions in the bathroom matched the rest of the restaurant, dirty. One of the most disappointing and gross dining experiences we have had. Would never recommend this place to anyone. They should be embarrassed.
