Here, you can order any type of pizza to your hearts content and know that it is fresh and delicious right from the oven and prepared by a master chef who is also listed in the Guinness Book of Records as being outstanding in preparing the finest pizza that money can buy! Went for lunch. Took 15 minutes for our presence to be even aknowledged. Had to shout for waiter to come over and serve us. Waited for food for quute a while an... leer más Went for lunch. Took 15 minutes for our presence to be even aknowledged. Had to shout for waiter to come over and serve us. Waited for food for quute a while and I ordered Rosada fried. Got a plate of fried Rosada but nothing else?? Then our starter turned up in the middle of our main course. I questioned why there was nothing else with my fish except mayonnaise. The waitress didn't seem to know so I ordered some chips to go with the fish. They never turned up. So I asked for the menu to see if there were any side dishes listed. There were none. So we asked for the bill which again took some time and then the card machine to pay which the waiter obviously forgot about until we reminded him. We complained to one of the waiters about having nothing to accompany the fish. He brought the owner who told us that we ordered a plate of fish and that is what we got....and that's how it comes in Andalucia! We have had a place in Andalucia for the last 13 years and this is the first time I have ever been served just fish without anything to go with it other than mayonnaise. He said this is a Chirringuito and not a 5 star restaurant. You can believe it too!! He must have thought we were tourists and his arrogance and impolite manner really put the cap on a bad experience. €14 for some pieces of fried fish eventually served after being invisible at a table waiting to be served and then a confrontation with the arrogant owner (who is obviously someone who is never wrong) because we had complained is not a good dining experience in my book. Avoid this place!!

Bologna is already crowned as a culinary jewel in Italy so achieving unique recognition in such a city is an achievement in itself. VIVO is an experience that does not get measured up against another, it becomes the bar upon which you will measure other such experiences.
