It seats... leer más Remember the old adage, good things come in small packages ? SPER is a small farm-to-table style restaurant tucked onto Main St. in Warkworth Ontario. It seats 18-20 people, usually at a family style table. Six of us went for brunch on Sunday. Only three...things on the menu, a Kedgeree plate with smoked trout, khachapuri, a middle eastern style flat bread with poached eggs and fermented greens, and waffles. Four of us had the Khachapuri, with a slight bit of trepidation. No worries though it was delicious. I can 't comment on the Kedgeree dish but they ate it all. Coffee was fantastic too, dark and robust, sourced from the local coffee shop, Our Lucky Stars just down the street. SPER is only open three days a week Friday evening thru Sunday. We 've had the eight course dinner here too and can vouch for it as well. Chef Doug Hope has created a little gastronomic masterpiece here. Don 't miss out.
