Nunca he estado tan decepcionado, el servicio fue espantoso, pero eso palidecía ante la comida. Vieiras tibias, cerdo tan duro que era incomible, el único punto a favor fue el plato de champiñones y salmón. Llegamos a las nueve, recibimos nuestros platos espantosos a medianoche. La reacción de la gerencia ante nuestras reservas fue igualmente impactante. Incapaces de admitir lo horrible de su oferta. Algo que discutiremos con la gerencia principal de Don Carlos mañana. Triste decirlo, ya que amábamos este restaurante, ¡evitenlo a toda costa!
