I called to tell them that we did not receive the Rice and asked if they could give us new chicken because it was over cooked. I was told that it is fried chicken and that they are busy and I would have to call back later and talk to the manager. I will NEVER again go to the Dragon House! The WORST!!!

I'm still very sick and my phone call to her had nothing to do with wanting to do anything else than checking them on their meals! I don't want you to have good I'll never eat again or order from there. Apart from the salads we ordered spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and meatballs, which was nothing to write at home! after reading some of the reviews I noticed that a $25 credit seems to be their answer to everything. check all the expiry dates available from this restaurant if you want to swing!

You can use several coupons in one order, plus in addition you will receive reward points that are the most rewarding point system I have ever registered for. I think it's a free pizza for $10. I ordered two large pizzas with several toppings, xcheese, bread sticks, dessert, drinks, ranches and sauces. I used 3 COUPONS (1-20% from total order, 2 large special pizza for $10.99, 3 free Parmesan bread sticks w/order more than $7.99) and my total was $26.40. I left the driver a $10 tip, making it $36.40. Looks like you're getting rewards for tips online! This is GENIOUS!. That was my first order. When I checked out, it warned me that I had a free pizza that I could use at any time, another free pizza and needed 6 more points to get my third free pizza. What? How is that even real? How do they pay their employees?

I recieved my chicken tenders and didn't get my fries that are suppose to accompany the chicken till 5 minutes later. My chicken had sat in the warming station so long that my ranch dressing was COOKED and hot when I recieved it.

Would recommend The but.... was our experience last night or lack of it, as they were closed on a very random night!...This is the second time we drove from Kitchener to enjoy a good Thai meal, as I believe Kitchener’s options are not as good and were shut out We decided to try Mai Thai and unfortunately was underwhelming to say the least, and would not return. So, yes great restaurant when it’s open, so I recommend always calling to reserve, as this will insure a table, and that they are open! Cheers
