U... leer más Some coworkers and I ordered for delivery about a week ago. We occasionally order from Sushi Boss as the food is consistently good and it?s convenient for us. Unfortunately, since switching to chow now delivery service, the assigned Door Dash driver ranoff with our whole order, without attempting to contact me about it, yet marked it as delivered. It was about $100 in sushiafter tax, so I called and spoke with Josh, who investigated and couldn?t get in contact with the door dasher either, he thenremade our order and hand delivered it with cookies for all of us! As unfortunate as the door dash situation was, Josh wentabove and beyond out of his way for us, we ordered again yesterday and everything went smoothly this time. We will continue tokeep giving this restaurant our business due to the charismatic staff and good food, though I?m not the biggest fan of usingdoor dash drivers for delivery.
