However I had read reviews of the place and their ribs and their brisket so I thought I would give it a try. My boyfriend and I tried all of the sides and the brisket and ribs. The ribs fell off the bone and had the most delicious coating. They weren't too loose where the meat just all fell off thought which was nice. The brisket was tender and had great flavor. The sides were also winners for me. The vinegar slaw base and the Mac and cheese really stood out. I didn't get to post a picture of the bread pudding that uses the liquor from the Lone Wolf distillery but that was on point. Kim and her husband Kyle make a great team and have suggestions should you have any question. I'm mostly a veggie eater but Sevens Out has turned me into a lover of BBQ.
