Basically all I am watered. First, the cold Brews looked like Iced Tea. Even the ice cream coffees are water. I have been a loyal customer of this location for going on 5 years. I know everyone well. They greet my kids by name. I've never had an issue until today which makes me really sad. I went in and asked for 3 orders of the $2 egg and cheese wraps. I ordered a large coffee, 2 hash browns, a cup of chocolate donut balls and 1 coffee roll. However I was literally only given 3 count egg and cheese wraps. Not 6. The cashier made a mistake. I ended up going back as I live across the street. I explained this to them and instead of them acknowledging their mistake, they rang me up for 3 more egg and cheese wraps. I don't expect free. But since this was a mistake on their end, I believed that they should have corrected it by making the 3 without charging me. I spent just under $17. I love this location but very unhappy about today.

When I first went, I ordered an ice cream with a whipped cream. Stocky/tall young guy gave it to me with caramel over everything. I don't like the taste of karamell at all, so I asked him to take it back as I didn't order it. he pushes it back to me and says, “You really don’t want it? caramel goes with a coffee. everyone likes Karamell....” it didn’t seem pleased that he had to do another. the second time I went, I took my job and asked for an breakfast sandwich with the same ice cream with a whipped cream. they gave it to me without a whipped cream, so I asked if he could add the whipped cream I asked. he says, "You didn't ask. you said cream.” They hear what they want instead of politely confirm the order before they pay. oh yes and they have left the papers out of the egg and the sausage on my sandwich. nice extra to sandwich. I'm glad my review gave them a good little food. at least they have it now?

I arrived to the dunkin and order my iced chai latte with almond milk and snackin bacon. I paid for my order and was handed the chai. Then the man that was working asked what else I was waiting on and I said my bacon. He then went over to sand which station and DID NOT put gloves on and reached in the bacon box and used his dirty hands to grab the bacon and place it in a bag. I work in the food service industry and know that not wearing gloves is 1000% against shop policy as well as Health Inspections. I will be calling corporate to inform them as well.
