10.04.2023 - 13:25We went to Moët Chandon Grand Day brunch event and purchased the event tickets in advance. A very nice interior and they also have a nice outdoor seating area. Staffs were very friendly and they provided a great services during our brunch time. Food and drink were amazing! However, we felt it wasn 't a really special event because you can still enjoy the same menu and drink with a less price every day. Welcome drink served in a very small and low quality of the glass and felt nothing fancy considering it says Moët Chandon Grand Day. No performance or music inside of the restaurant which was weird. Even-though we paid in advanced, they were struggled with a pay system because we have ordered one more extra drink and they charged 'Group Fee '. And it wasn 't clearly listed in my receipt what we have ordered which is unacceptable and looks unprofessional. Hope they improve those system better next time.

15.02.2023 - 08:28Popular hotel have many branches in different locations or areas. If you are ordering food online check the nearest branch of that restaurant so your food gets delivered fast don't order from very far distance it will not save your time.

23.01.2023 - 14:42Vegetables were near raw, the Turkey and ham. Without flavor. The only 2items my family actually liked on the buffet was the Salmon and Apple Cobbler. At $50.00 per person it was a complete disappointment

27.11.2022 - 20:07Me and my friend are both vegetarians. We ordered a bruschetta, after confirming that it was vegetarian. However our bruschetta had sliced pork in it. The manager did apologize and offered us complementary food; only charging us for the drinks. Nevertheless, the dining experience was spoiled for us. The restaurant needs to be more careful to ensure that dietary preferences are respected.

27.11.2022 - 05:20One of the slowest service restaurants I can recall in some time. They claim to open at 12 for customers but asked our party of 5 to wait 10 minutes to start. the brunch menu was very limited and we were told that we could not offer off the dinner menu with a long wait. While we got our drink orders on time we waited 45 minutes for 2 omelettes, one beef stew, one crabcake egg benedict,etc ... none of the food served hot nor simultaneously. And the place was empty. I would only return for dinner perhaps- but not for brunch again as better service and value in a diner.

26.11.2022 - 07:13No staff on duty when we went. Homecoming kids were there and the whole restaurant was working with about 4 servers. My husband and I had to request silverware and napkins, drinks (other than water) and appetizers never came. Very disappointing first visit.
