We had a 2 x2 bunch of baby lettuce with 3 pickled onions on top a SMALL piece of toast with 3 small pieces of broccoli, some tasty onions. THAT WAS it. With Tip, this was a $22, 2 second meal that cost about 50 cents to make. Service was ok, but with how easy the ENTREE was to make the waitress only interacted with us for 1 second to take the order, 1 second to deliver the water glasses craft (to self fill) 1 second to ask how the meal was, another second deliver the bill. We then walk to the cashier to pay. So a 15% tip, I usually do 20%, but couldn't justify cuz there wasn't really any service. I barely remember what she looks like cuz she spoke to us about 4 seconds. Anyhow, I'm glad this restaurant is doing well, but when the economy slows, customers of publik will need to have a lot of cash or customers like myself might just head elsewhere where they could probably get a 4 oz piece of salmon and maybe a few more veggies to justify a $9 snack for lunch. Crazy to me!
