21.05.2024 - 14:21Due to high volume of diners we were placed in the upstairs dining room all by ourselves, which couldn't have worked out better since we have a rambunctious 2 and 5 year old. The pizza crust were great, crusty outside with a chewy center and a touch of sweetness. Sauces were perfect in taste but I would say they were a bit on the watery side if I'm being nit picky. Each pizza developed the delicious crust bubbles that come from fire roasting. Local vernaccia was a nice pre course to dinner as well as the ubiquitous Aperol spritz(my first ever, not bad but I can live without it). Charcuterie was good as expected in these parts, dressed with local speck(essentially a smoky lard), prosciutto, and salami.
