When we arrived it was quiet. We...served by a non descript young man who had no initiative and no personality. They failed to get the order correct. We then found hair in our chicken wings. We were told that there was no management to address our concerns. Expensive without the justification. MacDonald's puts this to shame on every level. Useless.
