No doubt these are quite expensive Turkeys, so you would think it 's important for it to be a complete Turkey with all the parts, but THERE WAS NO BAG OF GIBLETS INSIDE OF THE TURKEY, oops too late to go out and get another. Sorry furry friends no turkey heart and gizzards for you. Did we get an apology from Diestel Family Turkey Ranch, yes a verbal apology when we gave them a phone call. John Bionaz account coordinator laughed and said someone forgot to put it in and that they would mail out some coupons did they ??? NO, absolutely NOT. To add insult to injury of shortage a giblet bag, there were 3 legs on the deformed bird and we only mentioned it because we found it unusual, but not completely uncommon. Well not common in a Turkey of this price point, but hey we only mentioned it because I had him on the phone, so he asked that I send over some pictures. Basically he told me it was a wing, well here is his response word for word Thank you for sending this over to me. It appears to me that the smaller part on the right is the drumette. It is in the middle of the wing and can definitely look like smaller leg . I replied Now you are just insulting my intelligence here. I 'll have you know that I am a doctor in Veterinary Medicine. I know the anatomy very well thank you. I dressed and undressed the Turkey and it did in fact have 3 legs and 2 normal wings How do you like them apples folks? BRUSH OFF, no coupons, no customer service !!

The table next to us they ask once for something the service bring them less than 1 min! Maybe because they are Korean! Also they forgot our watermelons drink! Until we are finished eat they still not give to us, we have to ask again and then we wait about 10 min they finally bring to us ?after that we sit there wait for bill about 15 min no one come we have to walk to front and pay!
