The server said to me that he is sick to death of hearing this from customers. THEN LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Any business at the best of times, let alone in the current climate, who lets customers leave having given cash and won’t accept it is sheer madness!!! Couldn’t believe it. Don’t then moan about rising costs Mr retailer!!!

The deep pan pizza I had was really disappointing sent it back as couldn’t even see the cheese. Dry tasteless. At £16 very over priced. The thin pizzas looked much better. What pizza restaurant doesn’t have any olive oil??? Salad bar ok but couldn’t read the faded descriptions on the spoons. Service satisfactory generally. Appears to be busy with takeaways delivery. Would not return.

Cafe seating closed off in parts and looked poor with not a great atmosphere ambience. Overall disappointing

Food poor, DIY drinks which did not work, Mayo ketchup dirty messy. Toilets couldn’t even be used as they were so horrid. Our hearts went out to the staff. Dreadful that this brand expose their staff to such challenging conditions. They were hero’s however reflected so badly on BK.

Fairly basic surroundings in restaurant but the level of service and great care and friendly service makes it feel warmer in ambience. Starters of burrata and another dish of charcuterie were plentiful fresh. Pizzas were super great dough base which is just to my liking. Soft but thick enough. Freshly made tasty with right amount of toppings. Wines are served by the glass but not shown on menu. Overall a good experience and would defo return. Thank you Yard team :
