Le tiramisu n'est pas conventionnel, fait avec des biscuits autres. J'ai pris coquille st jacques cuisinée a ma grande surprise avec de la crème fraîche. Dommage. C'est la solution de facilité, lourd à digérer.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. During our first visit we chose the famous local oysters and we were not...selected. They were incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Following the shells were just as good and as shells are only part of the Moules et fries, they needed the perfect chips that came with them. Cream Brulee finished the meal perfectly and was one of the best I ever tasted and I tried many throughout France. We enjoyed our meal so much that we came back a few days later and decided to follow the advice of an earlier reviewer and had derecote steak. Very good. To distribute the great food, the staff with our children were fantastic and even managed to get my daughter 4, to thank you in French. So to the employees of L 'Escale 'merci' All in all a big little find and when we are back in the area, we will return.
