Buttttt coustomer service is not great! My niece is allergic to bananas, we made not in our file and was on our receipt but as we were waiting for our order and we got our order they told us they didn’t know which one had banana and that we would have to figure it out for ourselves… WHAT? …. I didn’t say that I didn’t like banana I’m saying that she’ll have an allergic reaction to banana. This is not about what she wants versus what she can have. There was no extra graces or caution in anyway when it came to the situation. I just spent $13 on A smoothie that my niece cannot drink. … When I asked for them to make me another one without banana they told me that they were busy and had a line the little girl did not know what to do so I was pretty much just pushed to the side. I think that these people should be trained a little better on these things just my opinion people have allergic reactions to different fruit and you need to be more cautious especially when you put it in to a persons profile.
