16.04.2024 - 17:19I don 't normally leave reviews nor do I have a singular bad experience that warrants complaint; however, for this specific Starbucks I do. I will preface my complaints by stating that I myself was a partner with Starbucks Co. for about two years. I worked primarily in stores with cafes and drive thru.The past two weeks my partner and I have been mobile ordering for our morning commutes and in these two weeks I have had 4 terrible interactions with the floor staff. I 've had a drink stolen (not the mistake of the staff but immediately afterward was snarked at by a shift leader for standing in the lobby get while waiting for my drink. (not in anyone 's way mind you. I thought this was a weird instance; except the same shift lead had demanded to know what I was waiting around for two separate incidents after that. This would not be a big deal if the shift lead hadn 't been so hostile in each instance. Whatever no big deal. Today, however, I went to grab my mobile order which we had ordered over twenty minutes in advance- only two of our items were ready so I decided to wait a bit longer before worrying if someone stole our drink again. I wait 5 or so minutes before asking if they still had the printed ticket for our drink- the barista I asked initially blew me off and two others scrambled to find the ticket. They couldn 't- the barista I initially asked returned and knew exactly where the ticket was. (they had stuffed it further behind in the queue for being too long. Then as smugly as possible she began to prepare our drink and imply I was being impatient. Except I know the queue order of mobile drinks, cafe, and drive. Drive focuses on drive, while cafe alternates between a full mobile order and a full cafe order respectfully. You never push aside an order for being too long (and too long in this instance was half pumps and a cold foam. What gets me riled up is that because the barista felt slighted for their own laziness they decided to be passive aggressive to me for simply being a customer. For asking questions and talking to them like a human. Anyways, avoid this cafe location if you can. If you can 't, stick to the drive thru.
