They were almost cold. The makeover was hot, which says the original order was there for a while. I generally ask to be freshly prepared. The coffee had a taste.

The ppl here are all extra sweet, very good dunkin. I'd tell everyone about them.

Order was correct, however, if you're gonna advertise a menu item on your menu at least tell the employees that said item exist.
