As a lifetime Hilton Diamond member, I thought I’d change it up for my usual 3 night monthly stay and book this property on my business trip to Franklin since I... leer más As a lifetime Hilton Diamond member, I thought I’d change it up for my usual 3 night monthly stay and book this property on my business trip to Franklin since I used to stay here a few years ago once a month. I’ve been coming to Franklin and staying at another Hilton property located just a mile or so down from here. I always look forward to having a made to order eggs like an omelet and full breakfast that’s usually either included with your stay or a daily credit of at least $15 is given. The price for a full breakfast here is $13.95 plus tax totaling $15.31 plus a tip. So they only give you a $10 daily credit allowance and you pay the difference plus a tip.Hilton changed their food beverage policies beginning February 1st, 2022 from $12.00 up to between $15.00-$18.00 depending where you stay. This is the only property that I know of where I stay that doesn’t give you enough to cover a full breakfast with a $10 credit. This is a small perk as a Diamond member that I do look forward to when traveling to other cities on a weekly basis and not having to pay an out of pocket balance.The server (Jenn) that’s been here for many years when I use to stay here in the past did provide very good service and had a great disposition and attitude.I’ll be staying and returning to the other Hilton property on my next visit to Franklin in August.
